    Catalog Description:

    C.1874, Ansonia Brass and Copper Co., Ansonia, CT. 8-day "Ansonia" model wall timepiece. This clock has an excellent, complete walnut case which has been nicely refinished. The paper dial, hands and false mercury pendulum are original. There is no label or name on the dial or movement, but this model was sold through the American Clock Company and shown in early Ansonia catalogs. There are 4 small holes in the bottom of the case where a foto was secured, but these are minor. For reference on this model, see Tran Duy Ly\'s Ansonia Clocks, p. 169 No. 548. Height 37 inches
